Stefan Hemmerle. Foreword by Florian Hufnagl.

Munich. Hemmerle & Collection Rolf Heyne. 2006. Cloth hardback, housed in paper-covered clam-shell box. Unpaginated [c. 250 pages]. 85 items of jewellery illustrated in colour on full-page plates, plus additional sketches. 365 x 300mm (14 x 11"). 3kg. German. Fine; as new.

The family jewellery house Hemmerle was established in Munich in 1893. The company creates bespoke jewellery pieces, often using rare gemstones (such as orange-pink sapphires and green diamonds) set in unusual materials (they have become well-known for their use of iron). This beautiful album presents 85 items of their jewellery with large eye-catching photographs and sketches. The production of the book does justice to the Hemmerle jewels.
