The chief choreographer was Michel Fokine, with David Lichine, Georges Balanchine, Leonide Massine, Bronislava Nijinska and Marius Petipa providing additional choreography. The programme is richly illustrated with photographs of the dancers, illustrations of the sets and costumes, and stylish conemporary adverts.
