A 1920s trade catalogue for Lilla, 'the house for artistic exclusive clothes at moderate prices'. The catalogue was produced to announce the opening of a Lilla showroom in Lower Grosvenor Place, London. Lilla was known for offering a remodelling service for clients whose means did not stretch to new wardrobes every season. They also offered 'My Maid', a mending and alteration service for those without a maid, as well as the Lilla smock for ladies who had to do the housework themselves. The many drawings depict designs for dresses, coats, gowns, suits and sports clothes.
