Each title is composed of a paperback text volume and a decorative cloth-bound hardback containing the plates, housed in a paper-covered slipcase. 127 pages and 164 colour & b&w plates; 93 pages and 88 colour plates. Text in Japanese, with occasional English translat 315 x 220mm. 4.2kg. . Near fine; the top fore-corner of one text volume has been lightly creased, affecting the first 26 pages, otherwise a very well preserved set.

A scarce, well-illustrated study of porcelain from the Qing dynasty (1644-1912), including the second follow-on album.
