A 1978 photo book by Deborah Turbeville. Turbeville's work straddles the divide between fashion photography and fine art photography. Her enigmatic images frequently depict an invented scenario, peopled by the fashion models acting as the cast. The women in Wallflower often seem suspended in time, not quite present.
