The first full monograph on the British fashion photographer Tim Walker. Walker was a studio assistant for Richard Avedon and has worked for British, American, Italian and Japanese Vogue. His photographs contain models, fabrics and clothes within fantastical, fairy-tale stage sets. A sense of humour and English eccentricity prevails. The book provides a rich overview of images through his career so far, with reproductions of pages from his scrapbook. It accompanied an exhibition at kestnergesellschaft, Hannover, Germany.
