The sale catalogues for the auction of the personal collection of Pierre Berge. Berge, like Yves Saint Laurent, was an avid collector of art and antiques. Over many decades he amassed an outstanding group of treasures, dispersed over homes in Paris, Normandy, Provence and Morocco. The catalogues include details and photographs of over 1000 objects, including paintings, furniture, Islamic, African and Asisan Art, and an important group of paintings by Bernard Buffet. Many supplementary images of the homes and it's owner are reproduced.
