A monograph on the British photographer Tony Ray-Jones, published to coincide with a touring exhibition presented by the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television. Ray-Jones died tragically young, aged just thirty, and is best known for his seminal book A Day Off, published in 1974. His life and work is examined here with support from archival documents and generous reproductions of his finest images.
