The catalogue for the first exhibition held outside Greece on the artist Yannis Tsarouchis. The exhibition at Wrightwood 659 in Chicago brings together over two hundred paintings, drawings, watercolours, set designs and photographs. Tsarouchis was one of Greece's most influential painters and his work, which centres on the male form, religious iconography and classical myth, is gradually becoming better known internationally. This catalogue, with its extensive texts and images, is one of the best books available on the artist in English.
